Know Before You Go

• All guests must already have a valid admission ticket into Cowboys Music Festival (CMF) for the date of their reservation. If you don’t have one upon arrival, a Fast Pass can be purchased at the VIP Express Gate with a confirmed CRAFT reservation.
• Guests must be 18+.
• Entrance is through the VIP Express Gate.
• A minimum spend per table is required and may vary based on date and time.
• You must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time. If you have not arrived within 5 minutes of your reservation time, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, your table will be released and a per-person or per VIP booth cancellation fee will apply. Please see the details page of OpenTable for our full cancellation policy.
• All reservations are subject to a 75-minute dining limit, except for VIP booth reservations after 8pm.
• Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or late arrival. All other payments are made at the restaurant – except for VIP booths, which require full prepayment at the time of booking.
• If you or anyone in your party leaves your table to join the General Admission area of CMF, your table will be forfeited.
• Tables, booths and standing areas may have a partially or fully obstructed view of the CMF main stage.
• A limited number of tables and standing areas will be available for walk-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis and may be subject to the dining time limit noted above.
