We are now hiring a Director of Finance at our Head Office located in Calgary, AB. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
- Manage all internal financial operations (review financial statements, manage cash flow, etc.)
- Build, develop, and coach internal team
- Co-ordinate the corporate budgeting process
- Oversee government remittances (GST/HST/PST, WCB, EHT)
- Recruit, train, develop and manage the accounting team internally, as well as external accounting partners
- Oversee and manage direct reports from Accounting and HR
- Manage relationship with external consultants (tax, human resources, information technology, etc.)
- Maintain external partner relationships, and negotiate contracts (bank, insurance, utilities, waste management, office equipment, benefits, etc.)
- Provide support to the President by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, interpreting, and presenting financial and operational information
- Participate in strategic business planning sessions
What You’ve Done:
- 5+ years’ prior Controllership experience
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Finance or Accounting
- Accounting designation
- Experience leading a team, and having direct reports
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint)
